Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre Waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two large tropical pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! Alternatively you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. Dive in Movie nights are held once a week. There is also a children's play area, Gym, Spa gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5 minute walk from the Complex you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club. When you arrive at the Check in at Regal Palms you will be given a band for entrance into the Pool area.
A Publix supermarket, bank and chemist are within walking distance from the resort. A Wal-Mart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.

Cancellation Policy
1. The $300.00 Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on Cancellation.
2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Deposit Policy
$300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.

"Great Property"
Nice clean property. Very friendly staff. Communication with property manager was excellent. Just as a note; it was closer to Disney than Universal so very convenient of going to Disney. Pool area was very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of space. Clean & as described. My granddaughters loved the lake. Every chance my 9-year granddaughter got she was at the lake looking at the turtles, she said they were her best friends. The lazy river & pool were a great way to spend our days that we didn’t go to any parks. Only disappointment was the tiki bar wasn’t open the evening I went down to have a drink. Not a big deal, I’m just saying that was my only disappointment.

Everything was great about this place. Located in close proximity to many attractions such as Disney World, Sea World etc. The nature view with the pond was great. Very spacious and comfortable stay. Property Manager was very responsive to our needs!

I’ve never arrived at such a clean property! David was incredibly responsive and answered any questions accurately. The unit fit our needs beautifully, 6 adults and 2 kids for a Disney Trip. Less than 30 min to any park, minimal traffic if any. The pool complex was fantastic, kids could have stayed there all week. Oh, get the bucket drinks at the Tiki Bar! Definitely recommend this property.

We have stayed at Regal Palms several times and we always love it. This unit was very clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds. There is more than enough room for all of us to have some space after long days at the parks. We can't wait to return and rent from David again. He was wonderful to work with.

Our family stayed here for spring break. The house was very clean and matched the description and pictures of the listing. David was very responsive and helpful. My parents arrived earlier than my husband and I and needed assistance checking in. David was readily available to provide the information they needed. My teens enjoyed the community pool. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the communication, ease of check in process, community access, and everything in between. We've stayed at this location twice (different units both times) and we expect to return again. The only thing that I felt worth noting (which is an observation and not a complaint) was with the washer and dryer, which could use servicing. Other than that observation we loved our stay! Kids LOVED having their own room now that they're a little older.

David was a wonderful host and very attentive. House is super clean and looks just like the photos. Place is inside a resort which has a pool, lazy river , bar, arcade, restaurant and ice cream shop on site!! Small mall less the 2 minute drive away and walking 10 minutes. House has everything you need. Great vacation definitely will come back!!

"Loved Our Stay"
We stayed at Regal Palms while visiting Florida to go to Disney World. We arrived and the townhome and it was so clean and cool. It had all the amenities you would need from home. We were a family of 7 and everyone had there own room. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a huge hit and a great way to end a long day at the parks. It was a nice getaway from the Disney crowds, not to far of a drive. It was close to a Publix which was a local grocery store. The manager was great to work with. We would totally come again and stay here!!

"Perfect Location"
This townhouse was very large and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect! Just outside of all the busy traffic areas, yet still convenient to all the major attractions. The small pond view from the back porch and upstairs balcony was nice. The clubhouse and pool area is great for kids, however it was extremely crowded so we only ended up using the amenities once during our stay. The owners of the townhouse were very responsive and responded to all concerns immediately! I would recommend this home if your not concerned with having your unit more updated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The view of the pond was very nice. We loved the resort pool and hot tub and this condo was close enough that you could walk to the pool, but far enough away that you could not hear any noise from the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
