This beautifully furnished and spacious home is located in a peaceful area in the Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This home affords you and your loved ones the twin opportunity of enjoying the facilities in the home as well as those in the entire resort.
A modern upgraded Disney area Town Home located on Regal Palms Resort. This great Florida villa offers easy access to the Disney parks which are a quick, traffic free and straight forward drive away in just about 10 minutes to the nearest Disney park.
This home offers the living area with comfortable seating, Smart Flat Screen TV (to stream all your favorites); dining area, (with table and chairs seating 6); fully fitted kitchen (with kitchen stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster and cookware); the breakfast nook seats 4; washroom (with Washer and Dryer) on the main ground level floor.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Master Bedroom (with en-suite facilities with Roman tub) has a King Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a set of twin beds respectively. Each room is beautifully decorated with modern neutral tones, and equipped with Smart Flat screen TV.

The Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers many of the same benefits as four-star hotels, while you stay in our privately owned townhouse. This resort avails a great deal of facilities to make you and your loved ones maximize enjoyment of your holiday anytime you are within the resort, including:

In addition the resort offers 24-hour check-in and security services. The Concierge Service can assist you with car rentals, dinner reservations, tickets to attractions and sightseeing tours, shopping information, and more. Regal Palms charges $20.00/day (+tax) per house for guests to have access to the vast recreational facilities. The Resort Fee is excluded from the rental rates quoted, and is payable on arrival at the Resort.
We are in close proximity to all major attractions in the Disney area
- The Regal Palms Resort is next to the Highlands Reserve, an 18 hole, 72 par championship Golf Course, on the US 27 which is open to the public.
- Within walking distance of the resort are: Publix Supermarket, several bars and restaurants, bookstore, nail salon, beauty salon, and other shops.
- Disney is about 15 minutes away and Universal is about 10 minutes further down the I4.
- Cagan Crossing and Wal-Mart is about a 5 minute drive on the US 27.
Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. At Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 per day plus tax applies to all bookings. Fee includes the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls (including Puerto Rico and Canada), Use of Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled Activities, Sand Volleyball Court.

Cancellation Policy
1. The $300.00 Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on Cancellation.
2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Deposit Policy
$300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This is one of the nicest places to book your next getaway. Really nice secure & gated community. The house was beautiful and well taken care of! The Pool, Lazy River, Waterslide & Bar were wonderful. The house slept 6 of us and it felt just like home. Super Nice and easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Grocery store is quite literally 1.5 Minutes from the house. We will 100% be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at this property for one week. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was cleaned and well maintained. The resort offers plenty of things to do for the kids. There’s grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy very close to the house. Disney resort just a short drive depending on traffic. Communications were fast and on point. Would definitely rent again if future vacations bring me to that area.

Property was clean and true to pictures on website. Excellent communication with property manger David who even provided information related to Orlando’s toll roads. We loved the Disney themed bedroom and bathroom. The heated pool, hot tub, and slide were enjoyed by all.

What a great find! The home is lovely - immaculate condition. A great distance from parks. And for us, the access to the resort facilities was the icing on the cake. My girls probably loved that place more than Disney. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Definitely will recommend to friends, and will try to book again if we come back to the States. We had a great stay at this Regal Palms unit. David was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. The townhouse was very clean and well maintained. The on-site amenities with the pool, lazy river, and water slide were really nice for the kids and adults to enjoy. While this area is a little further away from the Disney parks (20-30 minute drive), it was nice to be away from all of the chaos and traffic around the parks. This resort was very quiet and enjoyable to come back to after a long day at the parks. Would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this unit. Thanks!
"Our Stay from Alaska."
We had an awesome time while visiting Orlando from Alaska. We had only one issue and that was the master bath tub was clogged. We made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. The place was spotless when we arrived and left it just the same. We are already planning our next vacation and will be making our reservation very soon. Again, thanks for a very memorable vacation.

"Very nice townhouse outside of Orlando"
Stayed there in July 2019 with my wife and our two teenagers and the townhouse was very nice with a large kitchen and plenty of space for all of us. The only drawback is that you have to walk for about five minutes to reach the pool, but that was compensated by the pool area being really nice. All in all this was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it for a family vacation.

The property was comfortable and clean. It was 4 adults and 2 small children and we were all comfortable at the home. They also accommodate us with a small request and we really appreciated that. There are plenty of towels and linens. Its a place i would absolutely recommend and look forward to reserving again.

The property was gated and we felt very secure. The place was very comfortable, felt a lot bigger than it looked. The property manager was responsive and always answered back within an hour. The place was very clean would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. Only thing I didn’t like was paying resort fees because we didn’t use them because we didn’t have time, but that is minor. Myself and my family felt at home and that’s what really counts.
