This beautifully situated resort home has access to five star amenities including tennis & volley ball courts, waterslides, splash pads & a resort style walk-in pool. The Clubhouse has a Movie theatre style entertainment room with complimentary daily movies. There are Concession stores with hot snacks, cold drinks and ice-cream and the groceries you may need upon arrival. The fitness room is state of the art and has two TVs for your pleasure. New release movie rentals are available in clubhouse as well.

On the main floor of the home there are two comfortable living room areas, nicely furnished and with ample seating on the luxurious sofas. The home boasts 3 Master suites - two with King size beds, and one Queen size room on the ground floor. Upstairs you have an enormous hallway with bedrooms tucked away in each corner of the house for maximum privacy. There are two children’s rooms. One room has two Twins in calm pastel shades, the other has two sets of bunk beds with Disney movie themes including Transformers, Cars, Toy Story, Spider man and How to Tame a Dragon. The bedrooms all have luxury "pillow-top" mattresses and are all equipped with new flat screen TVs, all with a full cable TV service.
And of course....high speed wi-fi throughout the home - for no additional charge!!
The main living room has a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player, and ROKU smart box. The bright and airy kitchen has new black appliances and is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area. There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table area.
There is a separate utility room housing an oversized washing machine and dryer. This spectacular Orlando villa also has a games room on the ground floor boasting a pool table, air hockey table, with lounging area, & pub table.
You won't believe just how close you are to the Disney Parks - they are less than 10 minutes drive away. And even less to US highway 192, where an abundance of dining, shopping and minor attractions can be experienced.

Cancellation Policy
1. The $300.00 Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on Cancellation.
2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Deposit Policy
$300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.

"Better than Expected !"
The property was much bigger than expected. The pictures didn't do it justice. We were extremely happy with the property and amenities. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in the Kissimmee area that is close to the Disney parks, I highly recommend this property. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have.
"Best experience ever"
Property was exactly as represented. No surprises. They provided things I didn't even think of such as highchairs, booster seats, toys for young children. Even though we didn't need them I thought it was thoughtful to include them. We were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation together as a family instead of being split over several hotel rooms. It was great to prepare meals together instead of eating out. Just a wonderful experience all around. Our host was courteous and responded to all our inquiries quickly. Would definitely rent from them again should the occasion arise.

We loved the home and our large family felt so comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that you could want/need. The home was in fantastic location with Disney, dining and shopping all within 10 minutes from the front door! Our family could not have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did.
"Dream Stay"
Our stay at this house was amazing to say the least! The house was very clean and immaculate. Absolutely incredible house, pool & hot tub located in a very safe gated community. The community has it’s own water park, small gym, game room and small shop for things around the house. Before we left I asked my family if we would stay there again and without hesitation everyone said YES! Thank you for the hospitality!
"Best vacation"
First time renting a house and wow I will never travel any other way! This house is amazing and close to everything. The house is so clean and equipped with everything that you need for your stay and more! Comunication is great, I had a couple questions while I was staying and they are always super fast in responding and so helpful. I am already looking at dates for 2022 to book in this same house!!
"Great Property – 5 Stars!"
Such an amazing property. Had everything that we needed and more. David was wonderful, he always answered our questions quickly. The only negative was the living room furniture (next to the kitchen) was uncomfortable to me (I'm 6 foot and it's kind of low to the floor), but once again this wasn't a big deal. If I had to rent again in Orlando I would rent this home again. Even though I didn't go to Disney World, it was like right down the road. I feel like I was at home. We were able to adjust the AC (some rentals have it locked!) but the stayed cool at the desired temperature that they asked us to keep it at. There were ceiling fans throughout the home. I can't say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed in this property.
"Dream Disney Villa – amazing!"
The Dream Disney Villa was a magical home from home. We have stayed in the Kissimmee area numerous times, but this was our first visit to Windsor Hills. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and for this holiday, my parents also joined us. The gated community is fantastic - definitely helps you to feel safe and secure knowing that only residents can enter/exit with a barcode ticket. The facilities are great for kids especially when you’re having a chill day to relax. They have a community pool with water slides and childrens’ play area. The house is huge! So many bedrooms to choose from and most have en-suite bathrooms. We went with lots of family and we never felt as though we were on top of one another. The kitchen is very modern and has lots of utensils. We contacted the rental company to say that they were running low on plastic cups (for use by the pool) and saucepans (we had family staying with us so needed a few!) and within hours they had popped round with brand new sets! How’s that for service! They couldn’t have been more helpful and told us to contact them any time. The pool was used daily by our children - the kids took an early morning dip and went straight back in as soon as we came home from the parks. They had lots of water toys for them to use and even blew up the inflatables before we arrived. My children were very pleased! The pool loungers were comfortable and we often sat outside in the evenings around the table and chairs. The TVs all had cable which was great as the children could watch virtually any programme of their choosing. My parents could catch up on the news back in the UK and we were also able to watch the Game of Thrones finale which my hubby was very pleased about! This villa has everything you’d want at home and more. The location is ideal - about 2 mins from the local Walmart which meant we could do top up shops easily. Walmart also has a petrol station so it’s very convenient to top up with fuel if you’re renting a car. It’s also extremely close to the 192 which has the slip road to WDW. We were through the Disney gates within 10 mins from leaving the house which is so convenient when you have young children. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough - would definitely visit again!
"A great house!"
This house is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels for everyone staying in the house. Pool was enjoyable to use. Some way to cool the garage other than fans would be good, could not use game tables due to the heat. Overall, a good house!
"Our stay at Windsor Hill’s Resort was fantastic!"
The property was very accommodating to my family. Everyone slept comfortably. The home had all the expected normal household appliances(i.e. cookware, silverware, keurig, etc.). In addition, it was also equipped with a baby bassinet/crib, toys, pool accessories, etc. The home was clean and well kept. The pictures provided online are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet. The recreation center provided additional activities for family fun. We have rented properties through DisneyVillas2Go three times in the past few years. We always choose to go back with their company because the process of booking is effortless and their customer service is excellent! Daniel and David have always been very accommodating. They are easy to reach via email or by phone. The location of the property is ideal to supermarkets, department stores, and entertainment. Cons: The home has one bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms were upstairs. Overall, we will continue to use DisneyVillas2Go for our future Orlando vacations!
