Fabulous. Absolutely beautiful villa with an amazing pool. Great location for us.

We had a great stay here! Went down with a bunch of friends for a park/relaxing get away and despite the occasional traffic, it was very easy to commute to all our activities.

Location and property were as advertised. Property manager was quick in responding back to a minor issue with the master bedroom TV. Would def recommend to family and friends.

Property was well kept and clean. Daniel assisted us with all our questions about the area. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and clean. Pillowed were a bit soft but Walmart right outside the gate was helpful in getting firmer ones.

Our second stay at Villa Tropicana in Southern Dunes and it did not disappoint. We really love the villa and always wish we were back there. Thank you for having us again and I hope we are back there again one day soon. The Davis family, Philip, Marie, Lauren and Sarah

The home is lovely, equipped with all necessities. The pool is surrounded by greenery providing adequate privacy. The kids had a wonderful time and asked if we could stay at the same home next time we are in town. It is a bit of a hike to Orlando (theme parks) especially during rush hours. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time, and we would highly recommend this home!

No problems with property, pool was great and heated as requested. We will probably rent here again if available next time we head down to see our grandchildren.

Communication with property owner was great and arrival at property was really smooth. Property was really clean and equipped with everything you could need. We had one problem with pool pump during our stay but was resolved within a couple of hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at a holiday in Orlando. A bit further out that some properties but as we had a car it wasn’t a problem, journey to theme parks was really easy.

Top class property in a prime quiet location. The managers were really helpful and were so kind to give us a later checkout as we had an evening flight home. This property is super clean, lovely large private pool and tastefully decorated. Have already booked this property for next year. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Visited with extended family villa was clean with great outdoor space with large pool which is south facing. Any problem was sorted out very quickly. Have stayed on southern dunes on numerous occasions and this was one of the best villas we have rented.Would definitely rent again.

On southern dunes - pool was fab and house was big enough for my family of 7 - perfect set up had everything required …and more. I could not say anything negative about this home which we find perfectly placed for the parks, shopping, eating and pleasant surround. From booking to arrival & check out all dealt with by the manager very well … thank you for letting us stay - highly recommended!

After a couple of years of not taking vacations, we opted for a getaway Christmas. This house was perfect! It fit our family of 7 perfectly! The house and neighborhood were clean with friendly neighbors. Our kids and grandkids swam in the pool on Christmas, and we enjoyed walks around the complex. It was the perfect down time and regrouping we all needed. Close to food and shopping. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner and enjoyed eating it poolside - something you can’t do in MN! We made day trips to the ocean and then to the gulf side - only about 1.5 hours away to either side. I dealt with David during my booking process, and he was amazing! He responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions. If you’re thinking of booking this property - do it! I know our family will return!

This home made our vacation wonderful. Contact to the manager from the moment I wanted to book til the check in process was simply amazing! House was just as advertised, definitely home away from home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would definitely book this home again for a vacation or refer a friend! I don’t know where to start this house was amazing simply beautiful! Southern Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood by itself but the house is so nice. Pool area was great kitchen and appliances were great more than you can ask for! Rooms were great all different bed mattress types for different backs! On Sunday I had an issue with my Tv but David had someone fix it Monday which was faster than I thought and his communication skills were superb. We will definitely be re-renting this house in the future!

We are a family of four, but extended it to a party of five for this vacation! Our stay was during the July 4th holiday; so you could imagine how hectic we anticipated the check in process to be. NOT the case. It was the smoothest check in process we have ever experienced! The guards at the gate were ready for us. The keyless entry was absolutely flawless. We felt at home right away!!! All we needed was groceries and charcoal.

Recently moved my daughter from Illinois to Florida for college and came across this beautiful home to spend the week in with family/friends. The home is exceptionally clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for the kitchen along with plenty of towels. The pool/patio area is amazing and where we spent most of our time while at the house. There is more than enough space to just relax and enjoy the Florida sun and large pool that everyone enjoyed (especially my 12 year old son, who I had a hard time getting out of the pool). The home is in a great quiet location, minutes from restaurants and shopping. There is a Walmart directly outside of the gated community for anything we needed for the week. We enjoyed picking up groceries and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. Overall this home deserves more than 5 stars. The managers are easy to communicate with and get ahold of if need be. It was exactly what we all needed for our family vacation! I look forward to coming back to this area and staying here again.

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and into the first two weeks of December. Beautiful home and pool area. This property is even nicer than the photos and the minor issue we had at the home was promptly and courteously handled by the property manager. I chose this vacation home based on reviews of both the property and the property manager which did not disappoint. The Southern Dunes Golf community is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back!

Stayed here the end of October, absolutely loved the villa! Spotless clean and very spacious! So much space around the pool and throughout the villa, we were a family of 5 so the kids were so happy with their own room. The beds are very comfy! I got a heated pool which the kids enjoyed , it was always a lovely temperature. Wal-Mart right out the complex which was handy. David was very easy to contact and to deal with, always replied to my messages, very easy access process. I cant fault this villa at all! I will be back..!!!

We had such a wonderful time at your place it really did feel like home. It was clean, cool, and cozy. The pool was awesome! Many things were accessible for our visit. The neighborhood was definitely somewhere we would like to live. Our host answered all my questions no matter how small. We will return here to stay another time. Thank you so much

A superb example of what a holiday rental should be. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the whole process was very straightforward. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils with a large variety of pots and pans. The pool is large and the outside furniture of good quality. There were 2 families staying and there was plenty of space for all of us. Excellent wardrobe/storage spaces in all 4 bedrooms and enough bathroom facilities to ensure no one was waiting for showers/toilet etc. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit and can highly recommend this property.

Well appointed, really beautiful house. Great pool!

This is a very nice, clean villa with a great pool area. Manager replies very quickly and is very nice. The master bedroom is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms, unfortunately, tends to be much warmer. Plenty of dishes and pots and stuff though. There is a Walmart less than a mile away with pick up service and also a Winn Dixie right there, so very convenient to get the things you need. There is a beautiful golf course in the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood and little traffic nearby. Easy drive to Disney and Universal and a very good value. Quite a few places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Great place to stay.

House made my holiday perfect, had everything & more for what we needed.

The villa was lovely, very clean, well equipped with a great pool. The accommodation was in a great location near to the main attractions. We were a party of 6 & there was so much space! We had a great holiday. Would definitely come back.

This villa was wonderful. The house was very clean, the pool was awesome. We had a problem with one of the toilets the first day, it was taken care of the next morning. David was excellent to deal with. We visited Florida six times and this villa was the best. Having Wal-Mart just around the corner was great. Can't wait to visit again and hopefully rent this villa again.
