Superb Executive 4 bed / 2 1/2 bath home with Huge pool & deck, located on a private lot of a quiet cul-de-sac on a Championship gated Golf community. Idyllic for golfers and lovely for sunbathers, this villa is all-around fantastic.
This stunning villa has beautiful furnishings, a fabulous private pool & patio deck, and so much more that it exceeds the expectations of even the most discerning of our guests! To add to your enjoyment, the villa is located in a gated, prestigious golfing community and is conveniently located to the I4 which gets you just about everywhere. You can even "swim with a dolphin"....without leaving the Villa !!!
Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living room areas with slate & wood floors, comfy leather sofa seating & lounge chairs, and both have hi-def flat screen televisions. One area is great for a bit of reading or relaxing; the other great for gathering together for cocktails and a movie!
The kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking on vacation, is a chef's delight, complete with full size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous supply of pots, pans & cooking tools. For indoor eating, there's a casual breakfast nook with seating for four and a more formal dining room with seating for eight.
Step through the glass doors to the spectacular pool area and you'll find a very large private pool deck that is so large you have a choice of sun and shade all day long! No fighting over loungers at this villa! There are plenty to go around. If you enjoy casual dining, there's two outdoor dining tables, with eight dining chairs.
The huge master suite on the ground floor level has a full sized ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king sized bed and a flat screen television, with DVD, and sliding doors with a view out to the sparkling pool.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with Full beds, and a third bedroom with Twin beds, each with their own televisions, along with the family bathroom.
There is a powder room on the ground floor level, adjacent to the laundry which has high-end front-loading washer & dryer. You can pull your car through the power operated door into the garage, to keep it cool out of the Florida sunshine!
This is a great villa for the golf enthusiasts as it is located in the prestigous gated golfing community, Southern Dunes, a community featured in many golfing magazines and is consistently ranked among the Nation's best.
It is also an ideal location for day trips as it is located near the junction of I4 and Highway 27. I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona. Exit I4 at Lake Buena Vista and you are at the entrance to Disney Springs (approx. 15 miles). Highway 27 south takes you to the new LEGOLAND Park and citrus country!
Just outside the Southern Dunes community you'll find shops and restaurants including a grocery store and a Walmart.

Cancellation Policy
1. The $300.00 Booking Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on Cancellation.
2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the Balance paid up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Deposit Policy
$300.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

"Amazing"
Top class property in a prime quiet location. The managers were really helpful and were so kind to give us a later checkout as we had an evening flight home. This property is super clean, lovely large private pool and tastefully decorated. Have already booked this property for next year. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
"Fabulous villa"

"Long Awaited Vacation !"
Visited with extended family villa was clean with great outdoor space with large pool which is south facing. Any problem was sorted out very quickly. Have stayed on southern dunes on numerous occasions and this was one of the best villas we have rented.Would definitely rent again.

On southern dunes - pool was fab and house was big enough for my family of 7 - perfect set up had everything required …and more. I could not say anything negative about this home which we find perfectly placed for the parks, shopping, eating and pleasant surround. From booking to arrival & check out all dealt with by the manager very well … thank you for letting us stay - highly recommended!

This home made our vacation wonderful. Contact to the manager from the moment I wanted to book til the check in process was simply amazing! House was just as advertised, definitely home away from home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would definitely book this home again for a vacation or refer a friend! Neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly people.

I don’t know where to start this house was amazing simply beautiful! Southern Dunes is a beautiful neighborhood by itself but the house is so nice. Pool area was great kitchen and appliances were great more than you can ask for! Rooms were great all different bed mattress types for different backs! On Sunday I had an issue with my Tv but David had someone fix it Monday which was faster than I thought and his communication skills were superb. We will definitely be re-renting this house in the future!
"Peaceful, Clean and just flat out FANTASTIC!"
We are a family of four, but extended it to a party of five for this vacation! Our stay was during the July 4th holiday; so you could imagine how hectic we anticipated the check in process to be. NOT the case. It was the smoothest check in process we have ever experienced! The guards at the gate were ready for us. The keyless entry was absolutely flawless. We felt at home right away!!! All we needed was groceries and charcoal.

This beautiful home exceeded all our expectations!
Recently moved my daughter from Illinois to Florida for college and came across this beautiful home to spend the week in with family/friends. The home is exceptionally clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for the kitchen along with plenty of towels. The pool/patio area is amazing and where we spent most of our time while at the house. There is more than enough space to just relax and enjoy the Florida sun and large pool that everyone enjoyed (especially my 12 year old son, who I had a hard time getting out of the pool). The home is in a great quiet location, minutes from restaurants and shopping. There is a Walmart directly outside of the gated community for anything we needed for the week. We enjoyed picking up groceries and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. Overall this home deserves more than 5 stars. The managers are easy to communicate with and get ahold of if need be. It was exactly what we all needed for our family vacation! I look forward to coming back to this area and staying here again.
"Wonderful Experience"
Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and into the first two weeks of December. Beautiful home and pool area. This property is even nicer than the photos and the minor issue we had at the home was promptly and courteously handled by the property manager. I chose this vacation home based on reviews of both the property and the property manager which did not disappoint. The Southern Dunes Golf community is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back!
"Great villa, great location!"
Stayed here the end of October, absolutely loved the villa! Spotless clean and very spacious! So much space around the pool and throughout the villa, we were a family of 5 so the kids were so happy with their own room. The beds are very comfy! I got a heated pool which the kids enjoyed , it was always a lovely temperature. Wal-Mart right out the complex which was handy. David was very easy to contact and to deal with, always replied to my messages, very easy access process. I cant fault this villa at all! I will be back..!!!

"Superb Holiday Villa in a great location close just 30 mins from all the Theme Parks."
A superb example of what a holiday rental should be. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the whole process was very straightforward. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils with a large variety of pots and pans. The pool is large and the outside furniture of good quality. There were 2 families staying and there was plenty of space for all of us. Excellent wardrobe/storage spaces in all 4 bedrooms and enough bathroom facilities to ensure no one was waiting for showers/toilet etc. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit and can highly recommend this property.

"Nice, clean villa"
This is a very nice, clean villa with a great pool area. Manager replies very quickly and is very nice. The master bedroom is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms, unfortunately, tends to be much warmer. Plenty of dishes and pots and stuff though. There is a Walmart less than a mile away with pick up service and also a Winn Dixie right there, so very convenient to get the things you need. There is a beautiful golf course in the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood and little traffic nearby. Easy drive to Disney and Universal and a very good value. Quite a few places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Great place to stay.

This villa was wonderful. The house was very clean, the pool was awesome. We had a problem with one of the toilets the first day, it was taken care of the next morning. David was excellent to deal with. We visited Florida six times and this villa was the best. Having Wal-Mart just around the corner was great. Can't wait to visit again and hopefully rent this villa again.
