Our family of 7 really enjoyed this beautiful villa. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool and spa were well used, especially by the little ones. We found the location to be very convenient for restaurants, grocery shopping, and access to the parks. Would love to return in the future! Thank you!

Second time round staying here for us. Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more! Hopefully we will be staying again sometime in the future.

House was clean and comfortable. Location was good if interested in Disney World. Enjoyed the lanai and pool, private but occasional road noise since house backed up to fairly busy road.

We arrived and access was just as easy as said. We decided not to use security alarm while there for fear of forgetting to disarm. Pool was cozy warm and the boys loved it regardless of 50 degree weather. The property is clean and comfortable but also “self-catering” so very little is provided. Fantastic property in a great location, it has all the facilities you need to spend time a lot of time at the Villa or if you wanted to go out it is close to the 192 and Sunset Walk if you wanted to go out for a few drinks and food. Also very close to the parks no trouble getting there and a day out in Clearwater of Coco Beach was very easy given the close proximity of I4.Excellent communication from the hosts, answered all our questions and the check in directions were very simple. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommending.

Highly recommended property. Great location (approx. 12-15 min drive to Disney Parks). Walmart located approx. 5 mins drive away. Property was exactly as described / shown in pictures. Very clean, plenty of amenities. Had no issues staying at the property. Communication with Daniel (Property Manager) was great. Answered any questions we had prior to our trip, no matter how trivial - always with promptness. Provided all the info we needed for an easy check-in experience. Would definitely rent this property again.

The kids enjoyed the pool very much. It was nice having the two suites and the extra bathroom. As a family, we enjoyed the pool area, the most plenty of loungers. The backyard looked very beautiful, and we enjoyed the hummingbirds and Cardinals back there.

The villa is in a great location near shopping and restaurants We had an enjoyable stay with family and had lots of fun in the pool. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. Would recommend this area for a fun holiday.

Beautiful home with enough beds for the whole family and only minutes from Disney. The pool was great way to relax in the afternoon before returning to the parks in the evening.

We highly recommend this property - it was extremely clean, had an awesome outdoor space with plenty of sun, and was located near many restaurants and attractions. The property managers were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We’ll be back next year!

Stayed at the house in late October/November 2023. Very nice villa, had everything we needed.

I had a great week with my two adult children their fiancés, and a toddler. The villa was clean, had comfortable beds, had a great location for access to the parks and anything off I4, and everything we needed. We spent the week here as our home base, shared a lot of meals, and enjoyed the Spa almost every night. Lots of walking and activities in the area, and close to all the Stores. Definitely would book again.

The stay here was lovely. The location of the property is such a short drive to WDW, 10 mins to Hollywood Studios! Universal only half hour up the road. Excellent restaurants and shops a very short drive or a long-ish walk.

The property was just as described, a great place to stay for our vacation in Florida. Close to all of the parks, with a convenient Walmart just a few minutes away.

Well-appointed villa with good facilities and a stone’s throw from the 192, ten minutes to Disney, twenty-five minutes to Universal. Ant problems but great communication and pest control attended quickly. Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks staying at this villa on Indian Creek, the location is excellent for all theme parks and is close to everything you could need in the evenings also. Plenty of space for our family of 8, including 6 adults. The privacy of the pool area was especially good and the whole family enjoyed using it. Overall, the villa was perfect for our needs and the communication when booking/pre arrival made everything easy. Would definitely stay again on any future visits!

We loved staying at this villa. We’ve been coming to Florida for 10 years and this was one of the best. It had everything we needed & was so close to Disney parks. We loved the Spa - so relaxing after the parks, shopping etc. We’ll hopefully be back 🙂

Exactly as shown in the pictures. This property is spacious. The extra expense of the heating for the pool and spa tub was very worth it for our stay of 1 week.

We had a great time in Florida and the house was fantastic. The pool and extra-large patio area was a great refuge from the heat. House is located close to every convenience you need, and close to all the fun Orlando offers. Highly recommend staying here and would gladly come back anytime!

Great villa, brilliant location 16mins from Disney and 24mins from universal. Close to Walmart, and restaurants (5min drive). Kids absolutely loved pool, we didn’t have it heated and the temp was lovely. Communication was really clear from documents sent pre arrival to info upon arrival.

We had the best vacation! The home is perfect! I was able to get my morning walk in the great neighborhood. Pool was great! Location was perfect for a day at Disney, a day at the beach, and fun around town. This is by far the best vacation rental home we have stayed at. Not only was the home just as described, it was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. Everything was outlined perfect. I could go on and on… If you are thinking of booking a home for you family vacation, this is the perfect home with great managers!!!!

The house was in a nice neighborhood with a walmart just a few minutes away to get groceries. The layout of the house was great for our 3 families. The master bedroom was very nice sized. The house had a lot of beach towels for the kids to use at the pool. House was furnished with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. I would recommend this house to anyone going to the Disney area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place, definitely a home from home. So close to all the Disney parks. The kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. Great communication, would definitely recommend.

Communication was excellent and David was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and our girls loved it. Very close to shops so we did not have far to go if we forgot something.

This home is exactly as listed, if not better! The house was clean, communication was easy, location was AMAZING and it’s perfect for the whole family! The pool/ spa was great after a long day at the park or Disney springs. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were perfect size, more than enough space for my family of 7!! We will be renting again!

The only problem that I had with this property was that I had to leave it today. The home looked exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size for myself and my son (14). I lived in the hot tub and pool. Heat is a must at this time of year and worked perfectly. The beds are firm and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the grounds are beautiful. From my initial inquiry weeks before I booked, to the the last day of of my stay, David was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and very quick to respond. The check in process is a breeze. Oh, and the location is perfect. I cannot say enough good about this whole experience. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to town. Thanks David!

The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family for our Disney trip. The location was ideal. Very close to parks and close to Target/Publix/Walmart and many places to eat. The pool and Spa were wonderful for relaxing after a long day at the parks and we really enjoyed them on our off day. The large supply of pool towels was really nice with 6 of us. The appliances were all great. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Beds were comfortable. David was very responsive before the trip. We didn't have any issues at all during the trip, so I cant comment on the property management, but with the house was cleaned and prepared well for our arrival. We highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area.

We really do love this villa as it’s so cosy and ideal for our little family. I couldn’t stay anywhere other than this villa now as it’s a home from home.
So much for not coming for a few years - we are so addicted, we've booked again already! It’s not even 8am and our kids have been in the pool for over half an hour! It’s heaven! We had such a fab time so thank you again for another wonderful experience. Our eldest has written in your guest book to say what a brilliant time we’ve had!

We stayed at this superb villa in late May. We’ve stayed before and find this one is right up there for quality and location. Really close to Disney (if you stand on the deck, you can just see the fireworks), and has a very private outlook at the back – no back to back pools here. The villa is obviously cared for and has some nice touches – 65 inch TV in the lounge, loads of towels for the pool/jacuzzi, and a pool table that converts to table tennis. We had a great time and always and will definitely be booking again.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 10 days during May and had a wonderful time. The villa is a nice size and very well equipped and we particularily enjoyed the large pool deck. You can tell the owners keep things up to date as we spotted a new microwave and new washing machine. The location is great, with shops and restaurants all within a mile and the Disney attractions are only 10 minutes drive away. If disney isn't your thing, the east coast with great beaches were only an hour away with many good restaurants only the way.

My family and I have never stayed at a vacation home before, we have always stayed in hotels for our vacations. After staying at this home we will never stay in a hotel again. The home was absolutely beautiful very clean, neat and spacious. Of course the children loved the pool the most. The home was in a great location, very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. I loved the convenience of the key pad entry. After driving for 12 hours it was very nice to just drive up to the home and start the vacation, and not have to go through the check in process or go meet someone get keys. We had a wonderful time and could not of asked for a better stay.
