This home offers the living area with comfortable seating, Smart Flat Screen TV (to stream all your favorites); dining area, (with table and chairs seating 4); breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, fully fitted kitchen (with kitchen stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and cookware); Washer and Dryer on the main ground level floor.
Main ground floor level has an accessible bedroom suite with bright modern decor, comprising Queen bed with an attached full bathroom (shower over bathtub).

Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. At Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 per day plus tax applies to all bookings.
