Cancellation Policy
1. For cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival date; we shall refund 100% of the amount paid up to the cancellation date. 2. For cancellations that occur between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 50% of the amount paid up to the cancellation date. 3. For cancellations that occur between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival; we shall refund 25% of the amount paid up to the cancellation date. 4. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
Deposit Policy
$300.00 Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation. The Balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
