Solterra Resort is perfectly located just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, Aquatica, and other water parks are all within easy reach. For golf enthusiasts, Champions Gate, Reunion, and other world-class golf courses are on your doorstep. Our 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 people in style and comfort and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. Air-conditioned throughout, this superbly furnished villa extends to approximately 2,500 sq. ft. and is fully equipped. FREE Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TVs enable you to stream your favorite entertainment.
The main living room has comfortable lounge seating to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and views out to the pool through the full-width sliding glass doors.
The dining area has a gorgeous 6-seater dining table, perfect for a family meal.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan, with 4 seats available at the large island.
Outside, the pool deck has all you need for al fresco dining under the shaded lanai, loungers to catch the sun, and the sparkling pool to cool down in. The deck has a child safety fence installed, and all external doors have audible alarms to ensure child safety. The pool & spa can be heated by prior request for an additional cost of $210.00/week.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – This bedroom is situated on the main floor (ground level) with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. The bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed; it has a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – This bedroom has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – This room has two twin beds and "Route 66" themed décor. This room has a flat-screen TV and shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – Two twin beds with a "soft blush" décor and brown theme. It has a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and access to a bathroom (shared with Bedroom 4), which has a bath with an overhead shower and a vanity sink.
This fabulous home also has a fully air-conditioned games room to keep everyone entertained. Choose your game... pool table, foosball, air hockey, and even an arcade game station. There is also a large laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer for guest convenience. For those "checking in with work," we have a desk and chair in the spacious loft area.
Resort amenities include a 6,700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with internet access to ensure you stay connected!), resort-style zero-entry pool, lazy river, water slides, poolside cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness room, poolside bar and grill, volleyball and tennis courts, soccer field, kiddies' playground, and picnic area.
There is a one-time resort fee of $35.00 + tax per reservation, payable at registration on arrival, which provides access to the resort amenities for all guests registered to the reservation.
